2" magnets and 2.25" buttons

Cleaned up my Etsy store too, making sure the wooden floor looks the same. Lighting is such an issue with my point-and-shoot. I could really use an SLR.

A friend of mine brought a button machine to a meet-up and we all went crazy!

Love the feeling of pressing down on the buttons. It's like putting your hands in a giant bucket of rice.

So, so many buttons.
I still want more.

Lucky cat charms

Each cat has a different meaning/saying. The raised paws symbolize good luck.

This pimped up cat with the fancy jacket and collar brings its owner much money.

Love this one that's holding a lucky fish.
I'm definitely keeping this cute one on me at all times. It just brings a smile to my face : )

Narwhal and Bacon are off to their new home in the South.

It's not a short trip so I gave Package little Bacon Strips to nibble on. Look how happy such a small treat made Package! On the other hand, poor Bacon Strips being eaten to bits : (

Wedding invitation shopping

Since the invitations have to be sent by late February, we've been rushing to get things done. Paper Place was highly recommended and I can understand the buzz around it. It was a land of faaaabulous paper wonders! We spent an entire hour just wandering around, looking at every little trinket from wrappping paper to a mustache eraser. In the end, we settled on sevearl sheets of heavy linen and vellum paper.

Here are some sample pockets that took us... what... two long, labouring hours to plan out and finish!!!

I bought this cute sketchbook by Semikolon. Perfect travelling size and its bright colour means I won't ever lose it in my giant bags.
